Earlier this month Harry released a statement in support of his girlfriend, asking the public to request Meghan's privacy. "The Duke of Cambridge absolutely understands the situation concerning privacy and supports the need for Prince Harry to support those closest to him," the statement read. It was released after it was initially reported that William was unhappy that Harry had released a heartfelt statement confirming his relationship.
