And now, it has emerged that Pippa's niece and nephew will play a major part in her wedding to James Matthews.

Prince George will act as page boy, while Princess Charlotte will be a bridesmaid for her aunt, Kensington Palace has announced.

Kensington Palace also confirmed that Pippa will be marrying Spencer Matthews' brother on May 20.

The wedding is set to take place at the Middleton family's local village church, St Mark's in Englefield, Berkshire.

Their 150 guests will then travel seven miles to Bucklebury for a reception at the £6 million home of Pippa's parents, Carole and Michael.

News of the Royal children taking part in the wedding comes just days after it emerged that Pippa and James were employing a "no ring, no bring" policy – meaning Spencer Matthews' girlfriend Vogue Williams will not be attending.

A source admitted: "Pippa's view is that it wouldn't be appropriate for her to be there after a few months of dating.

"Some are shocked because her future brother-in-law will end up attending on his own."

As a result, it is thought that even Prince Harry's girlfriend, actress Meghan Markle, will not be invited to the high-profile wedding.

The insider continued to The Sun: "It's clear poppa doesn't want to be outshone by any TV babes."
