Harry Styles 'nervous' about debut solo performance on Saturday Night Live as single Sign on the Times tops the music charts
And it seems like former One Direction singer Harry Styles will have to draw on that for a confidence boost for his solo performance on Saturday Night Live today, April 15.
Harry will be singing his single live, in SNL’s first ever coast-to-coast broadcast.
According to Hollywood Life, the fact that the show is live and therefore allows for no errors, has left Harry a "nervous wreck".
A source told the site: "Harry is having the same feelings he had when he started on The X Factor. He is a nervous wreck, but he actually loves it because it reminds him of his humble beginnings and how everything worked out brilliantly."
"Harry feels that this is a blessing in disguise and he is taking his nervous energy as a Godsend. He feels that it will only lead to his performance this weekend to be one of his best ever."
Harry will perform two songs on Saturday Night Live.
The first will be his debut single, Sign of the Times, while fans are excited to hear his second offering.
The US comedy sketch show confirmed its live set on Twitter, as well as guest host Jimmy Fallon.
"Excited to announce @jimmyfallon and @Harry_Styles will be in studio 8H on April 15! #FallonStylesSNL," the official Twitter account shared.
Jimmy shared his excitement by tweeting: "So excited!!! A young heartthrob and Harry Styles will be on SNL together April 15th! #WhenHarryMetJimmy."
