Kate Middleton is ‘slightly nervous’ about children Prince George and Princess Charlotte’s behaviour at sister Pippa Middleton’s wedding to James Matthews
And while there have been an array of rumours about the big day, emerging as the couple’s nuptials near, the Duchess Of Cambridge’s concern is how her children, Prince George, three, and Princess Charlotte, two, will behave.
Prince William’s wife has confessed she is slightly apprehensive about how her two young children will behave during the £250k ceremony.
While George will be a page boy, his little sister, Charlotte, will be a bridesmaid for their aunt Pippa.
Chatting to Andrew Bates and his wife, Janet, at Buckingham Palace’s annual garden party, Kate said she was looking forward to the big day.
Andrew told Mail Online: "She said that they were all really looking forward to her sister's wedding at the weekend but she was a bit worried about how her children might behave.
"She said she was hopeful that they would be good but you never know at that age."
Preparations for the wedding are well underway – Pippa has installed a huge, 140 ft-long glass marquee into her parent’s, Michael and Carol Middleton’s back garden ahead of the big day this weekend.
The enormous glass marquee is estimated to cost about £100,000 and has been flown in from Belgium.
It's so large in size that it can be seen from the public road in front of the Middleton family home in Bucklebury, Berkshire – which is dubbed Middleton Manor.
According to sources, workmen have been busy putting up the structure for days on a camouflaged stage in a field behind Michael and Carole Middleton’s estate.
