Cheryl shares sweet message to boyfriend Liam Payne on Strip That Down release – after 'brutally slamming' singer's album tracks
And it seems as though no one is happier for the One Direction star than girlfriend Cheryl.
After the singer shared a message on Twitter, urging his 24million followers to download the new track, Kimberley Walsh’s pal posted a supportive tweet of her own.
"And it is just the beginning," she replied. "Hope you're all enjoying #StripThatDown. So proud of you babe."
However, it seems as though the Girls Aloud favourite hasn’t been so supportive of all of her beau’s decisions.
After Liam revealed he was still upset with Cheryl for not giving his X Factor audition a standing ovation, he confessed there were times the 33 year old was "brutal" over his album.
Speaking to Nick Grimshaw on Radio 1, he admitted he had asked for her opinion on some tracks – and she was VERY honest.
"If I show her something half finished, she’s like: ‘No I don’t like it’," he explained.
"She’s open and honest, and she’s brutal! There’s a song on the album that she knows I’ve written, she’s just like: ‘No, I hate it. It’s crap.’"
"There was a little bit of me that died inside when she said it. I’m kidding. She has to be honest with me! I wouldn’t want her to feed me any nonsense."
The couple, who made their romance official last year, recently welcomed their first child together, baby Bear.
